Looks like a normal cent to me. Collar looks like it is getting a little worn because it is leaving a LOT of ejection scratches on the edge of the coin. (As viewed from the edge picture the hammer die was on the right and the anvil die was on the left.)

Typical for early/mid 60s cents.

You might compare this with a dime's reeding on the outside edge of the coin? It looks like someone may have transferred to you coin. Note how it affects just 2/3 of the coin in that area?

Coop, those marks on the edge of the coin are ejection scraping from the collar. If the inside of the collar is not perfectly smooth, when the coin is struck the coin metal is forced into and over the irregularities on the surface of the collar. Then when the coin is pushed out of the collar those irregularities scrape those grooves across the edge. the reason they don't do all the way across the edge is because on the hammer die side of the coin the edge is almost instantly out of the collar and receives no scraping, while the anvil die side that part of the edge gets scraped across the entire thickness of the collar.

Another place where you can see the result of this is on reeded edge coins. On Unc coins, on the anvil die side you will often see little "rolls" of metal where the edge meets the rim around the "valley" portion of the reeding. This is material scraped from the edge of the coin and deposited where it meets the rim. ASE's are often good for seeing this phenomenon, but I have seen it on all reeded edge coins.
