Certainly a well worn example ... but alas not identifiable as a true lowball.
I've shared the following in other threads ... a certifiable lowball coin must meet all of the following characteristics:
1. Identifiable by type.
2. Visible date/mm. This applies to examples where more than one mint struck the type for any given year.
3. Original, undamaged and uncleaned surfaces.
Exceptions to #2 are granted for 1-year type coins that can be identified by design markers when the date/mm are worn away. An example is the 1921 high-relief
Peace dollar which can be positively identified with no trace of the date remaining.
Agree that your coin is an 1839 Liberty
Seated dime. Perhaps even with original surfaces. Alas the reverse wear is severe enough that it is impossible to identify the presence or not of the potential 'O' mint mark.
