Very nice grade cipster and coin too Seems I missed this one in the forum. Love those EAC coins. I was thinking EF45 to AU53 before I scrolled down to see the grade it got.

Slightly overgraded IMHO but, I do see underlying luster.

My grade assesment was also below what the TPG graded this very nice LC. My initial gut feeling as to the coin was, NICE! But I saw it as a mid to upper VF coin with no distracting problems. I pretty much still have that feeling and thought about my grade for it. I definitely would have bought the coin. For me it's buy the coin, not the holder. AU53 is a bit of a stretch IMHO. I see no luster. (could be that it would be visible in hand)...Great pick up.
