The obv and rev pictures that you just posted look like 2 different coins. If you can't VAM them, then they are all most likely going to be fake.

Private auction of an uncertified U.S. coin outside of the U.S., no warranty, no returns, seller seems to have an inexhaustible supply of rare varieties. Plenty of reasons for alarm bells to be going off, even if a particlur coin looked to be good. I'd say ebay should be ashamed of themselves for their complicity in such scamming, but clearly ebay no longer has any shame.
