Assuming they didn't detail it for the chin scratch, I'd guess a VF35 grade is on the slab.

XF-40 assuming that the gouge on the chin doesn't impact the grade.

I have this one at 35 but 40 wouldn't shock me.

Nice coin, I'm always bit tougher when grading these. I'll say VF-30.
