What do you guys think? I will post the NGC grade later this evening. Thanks so much for your input!

Pics are a bit small, but I'd guess XF45.

I think this one has some luster still present in the devices - especially on the reverse, enough that it might just go AU50.

AU-50. I see some luster left on the reverse that may give it an AU grade from XF.

Glad to hear that. The coin is in an older NGC holder and is marked as XF35. I'm probably going to see about getting it resubmitted once I get the coin in hand.

It does appear AU from the small photo but if look carefully you will see wear on the head, cap and the stars. I thought Cruisinfusion was on point with XF-40. It is a gorgeous coin.

Thanks so much guys. Either way I'm thrilled with this pickup for why little I paid for it. It helps to shop the Bay in the wee hours of the morning sometimes.

I was going to say VF-35 because I have a NGC SLQ that looks exactly like that. I think the eagles upper right leg shows wear that knocks AU out. But you would think it would still make EF.

EF-40. Too much obverse wear to reach AU.
