Stolen Coins in Albuquerque, New Mexico Area


The following coins have been reported stolen;

1776 British Guinea NGC MS61 serial # 3639529-002

1776 Netherland Ducat NGC AU58 serial # 1522420-010

1776-R Brazil 6400 Reis NGC AU55 serial # 3605808-004

1793 US Wreath Cent PCGS AU55 serial # 1347.55/12455010

1670-75 St. Patrick Farthing PCGS AU53 serial # 42.53/26819143

1652 Mass Bay Colony Oak Tree Sixpence PCGS MS63 serial # 28210065

Good heavens, those are some expensive coins stolen!
I hope they are found and returned to its owner ASAP.

Expensive? Yep! Wonder how the were stolen? Burglary, robbery, mail theft? Plus side is they are all slabbed, so have serial numbers, as long as they stay in the holders. Hope who ever lost them gets them back soon and the culprits are busted and prosecuted soon.

Wonder if it was stolen in the mail as it sold on 6.27.2014

Many of these are inside jobs. Hopefully the coins are returned safe and the individual(s) responsible are punished severely.
