1941-D Walking Half With Burn Marks

tkbslc Pillar of the Community United States 1158 Posts	Posted 07/05/2014 11:25 pm Here's a 1941-D Walking Half I recently picked up for less than silver value. It almost looks like it was dropped in a firepit or something. How do you think it rates as is? It's got some abrasion on the front, some burn spots and some ash or something black in the rim. tkbslc Pillar of the Community United States 1158 Posts	Posted 07/06/2014 01:28 am Yeah, that's what I thought. It's a bit ugly from the somewhat incomplete cleaning but it's got a ton of detail. I'm a still a novice and it's suprising how obvious the cleaning is with good magnified pictures, but very hard to see in hand.
