Won these on ebay last week, I normally wouldn't bid on something like this but this is such a nice set, a little expensive, but worth it

OK I'll bite, why not? They can all be read upside down

After a quick Google search I found this

http://bwjm.ca/pub_rotators.php

I can't see why it wouldn't be considered as a rotator but reading the article none of them are rotators because the 1 in the notes has a serif...However, based on Coins and Canada's description - I'm calling them rotators anyway :)

Rotators
Description
Probabilities: 127 / 9 999 999

Rotators are numbers where you have to imagine a rotational axis at the central digit position. The only digits that can be involved in a rotator are : 0, 6, 8 and 9. The central digit can be a zero (0) or a height (8). Note that the one (1) may also be accepted by some collectors as a possible digit in a Rotator.

It was my birthday yesterday, and I guess I'm not too old to learn something new after all

The last one would be a rotator... either way, nice notes!

Happy Birtday!!

As I said I really didn't want to be the party pooper there.. I think the notes are GREAT and it's a great set... Personally that's something I would frame and put up in my office.

No offense taken, I appreciate the feedback. Not knowing why gave me the opportunity to do a little research and learn why - That's part of what this forum's all about.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes...
