Can anyone help me out in identifying these three small silver Islamic coins. My guess would be that they are from Afghanistan but I am not sure. The bigger coins are 15mm diameter and the smaller one is 12mm in diameter. Any help would be appreciated.

I am NOT an expert on these, but I suspect that they are from 19th century Iran.

Your guess is as good as anything...let me start by searching them in Iranian coins. :)

A good starting point with any of these "dump" rupees is the date!

First coin: 1219 (?)
Middle coin: 1319
Far right: 1252 (maybe 1253)

Krause has many of these listed, hope that puts you on the right path!

First coin: AH1219 = 1804AD
Middle coin: AH1319 = 1901AD
Far right: AH1252 = 1836AD
regnal year unknown
the coins have the 'Iran'-feeling.

I realised how inadequate Krause is when it comes to Persian coins...there are hardly any images at all for majority of the Persian coins from this period. I must convey my thanks once again to experienced collectors like Petrus and Onedollarmule for helping me out!

2nd coin can be found under Central Asia (Bukhara Khanate) - it should I think be a Tenge.

1st coin I'm stuck with - it's dated 1248 with the 8 being on the second line, it could be Iranian again - but I've not found anything similar.

left coin first pic:
Bottom line should be the place of minting. Right on that line is 'Zarb-i' what means 'struck at'.
Left coins second picture :
at the bottom left you can read '84' (I think)
But that can not be the regnal year. None of the rulers has lived that long
