Looks to me what I have seen some people say as a "wire" mark?

I just broke this out of a Proof set.

Look at the N and E in "ONE"

any worth more than a penny here?

The sets for this year were not hard. So it maybe a contact mark from another set or another coin while packing.

I just noticed a "ding" on the bottom of the "N" as well, on the first part. and the "O", looks like the bottom may have been cut off. Perhaps some foreign object was on the die or blank, maybe a piece of copper wire or something. I'm not sure... I am leaning towards it have been something with a curve on it from the way the pattern is on the two areas.
