PSD. Different for sure. I never seen a hit quite like that. You can actually see what looks like an E squished like an accordion between the I and B, but guessing scraped up metal. Thanks, Doug.

I agree with John1. The ring we often see on the motto is running throught the "L" on LIBERTY.
