And all are selling for over $300.00!It's too bad the pics are so small you can't tell if thay've been ground down or not...  He's making so much money I don't think he even has all these coins- I think he'll just take all the money and "disappear" off eBay- What does he care if his account with all 15 POS feedbacks gets NARUed? I don't understand why so many people are taking a chance on buying these coins. Every Numismatic publication issues warnings about buying unslabed coins. I've even read an article in a newspaper about altered Presidential dollars. |

They see the slabs go for $450 and then buy unslabbed for $300 You'd think they would show a little bit of common sense seeing all 25 coins all ending at the same time from the same seller... what a dumb seller though- if he hadn't put them all together I wouldn't have noticed and neither would enyone else. Now he is out of thousands of illegal dollars due to me  Edited by pattiewhack

a few are still there I enlarge the shot of the edge and it is clearly sanded and then marked up after that it has the "die" marks going in every direction lol

25 is not that many actually. I happen to know for a fact that people in this (Detroit) area have found more than that. I know of one local dealer here that has 5,000 of the double edge Adams. Several people that I personally know have found 100+ of the smooth dollars as well.
