Looks more like a die crack, goes from rim to rim. Probably need Coop to verify as I am still learning.

Aren't we all!! To your point, the 9 o'clock portion looks like a die crack. So is the trouble with the planchet or with the die! Good to have experts like Mike and Coop around to dial us in.

I feel this is a lamination issue. If it were a die crack it wouldn't be straight and it would be more raised. Note the area under the "LI"? You can see where it was peeling in that area.
