$100 is a fair price. It looks VF25 or so with crusty surfaces and a small rim bump. I'd put it at $150 w/o the rim ding and since it's not too bad, $100 is reasonable.
Does that coin have two rim bumps or does the coin have medal orientation? There is a large rim bump on the bottom of the obverse and the bottom of the reverse. Seems strange.
I see absolutely no problem with that coin at $100. The original tone, and VF20/VF25 preservation alone is worth it. In my experience, 1825 is not exactly a scarce date for large diameter bust dimes, but certainly not the most often seen.
Depends on what the rest of collection looks like. It doesn't have the best eye appeal but if it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb id keep it otherwise you may not be happy everytime you look at it
