I just won these quarters and was most concerned about the one on the right, looks VF-25 at least to me. How about the one on the left? Would you give it VG or fine?

The S quarter (on the right ) looks harshly cleaned to me.

I cannot grade properly nor can I determine the cleaning from those (terrible) pics, but it seems like (from left to right):
1) VG-08.
2) G-06.
3) VF-20.

looks like a really good buy to me. Id grade the 26s vf20, or f15 minimum, and is worth the price of the lot by itself imho.

I know that Numismedia lists the VF 1926s at $31. Even at a discount, I think it would be worth double the price of the lot. Not the best at grading them but noticed how complete the shield was and the toning typical of that series (gold or tan I noticed) although the lighting isn't the best for grading. If it had little scratch marks, odd surfaces, or a odd color typical of harshly cleaned coins I would have passed.
