The bagmarks on the face are pretty extensive and distracting - I'm at MS62 and would hold off on any call on prooflike versus semi-prooflike until I saw better evidence of how clearly reflective the fields are.

MS-63. I bet it looks better in hand. It can be tough to get good accurate photos of bright shiny silver coins.
