I am thinking about buying this Nickle But I have not ever seen one with a Reeded Edge,are there such a thing?

It's a partial collar error with damage. Because a partially deployed collar allows for metal to flow above it, the coin is larger in diameter here. The portion of the coin with a larger diameter was damaged, probably by a counting machine or some other machine that processes coins, and that's what gives it the "reeded" look.

The last pic is the reverse of a War Nickel, not a 1962.

Not sure about the "reeding" but the railroad rim is a partial collar as stated above.

jack, that last pic of a War Nickel reverse is the default image that's set when you go on the free image optimizer. Probably that image was posted by accident.
