Here's another ebay auction that has me scratching my head.

All I can think of is that someone thought this was a 1969-S Double Die Cent and had it slabbed. This seller does list a whole lot of Lincoln Memorial double dies, but for $1900 doesn't make any mention that this coin is a 1969-S Double Die and the slab doesn't say it is.

Am I missing something?

That is odd, no mention of anything special about it.

Environmental Damage coins what I understand holds value if it is minimal and Consistent there are a lot of coins from the 1800's going for thousands of dollars that are Environmental damaged coins,so there you are Pocket change can pay off big time still

I sent him a message asking why he was selling a common 69-S that WASN'T a DDO and only worth a couple cents for $1,900. I got back

Hello,

like this one for 1 cent or two

Thank you

Told him I don't need to, I already have three BU rolls of 69-S that I paid 3 cents apiece for.
