Two Dollar Error - Coin Community Forum

I believe it is just PMD where the edges have rolled over from large amounts of wear. Thats my opinion any way, If this isn't the case I'm very interested as I have got a few good examples in my collection of this. Report this Post to the Staff

Having said that, it was very common on 1999 coins, some even had a bit of the reeding showing at the edge.
