I am a noob at collecting but I see some slight doubleing In the date or at least I am pretty sure I do.

Not a expert...but IMHO it looks like MD... I do however think it has very similar location being shown to a 1963D-1DO-002 but after doing overlay and the flat shelf like appearance. And it does not a match up on overlay. I assume if more of the coin is shown the md will be present on more devices.

Note how the 6 and the mint mark are the only thing affected? It looks wider on the 6, but I believe it is light coin wrapper damage in that area. Are any other devices around the rim area affected?
