I believe this to be a 1962-D 1DO-001, a nice little Class 5 DDO. It is my first one of this variety. May I get confirmation, or not, please? Thank you.

The marker on the 2 is a bit different, but more so check the mint mark position. Yours seem more to west than the CC example of 1962D-1DO-001. Thanks, Doug.

PS: But I'm still looking. Any of the other markers match?

I would not think I would have listed this die. I see nothing that looks like hub doubling. But that is just my opinion.
