SO I cant get better pics it wont focus on such small details its an old compact. But that under R under leg is 1000 and on the left leg it 1978 mark. And its 4 cm in diameter
S R IMP stands for Sacrum Romanum Imperium (Holy Roman Empire). The 1000 indicates pure silver (as opposed to 925 for sterling). This is a bullion round made with the stylings of the 17th century coins of the city of Worms.
Looks like a reproduction of a thaler, city of Worms KM# 109, 1660 http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/...-duid-248604 Ruler in that period was Hugo Eberhard Kratz von Scharfenstein, 1654-1663 the date should be on top of the picture
