I am only going by what is written on the holder.
The coin does look a little better in hand, then
I could capture in the picture.

I am curious if what is written is accurate?
And do coins like this have any value in this condition?

That is indeed Lucilla. Daughter of Marcus, granddaughter of Antoninus Pius, widow of Lucius Verus and brother of Commodus.
Talk about family connections ! Rather low grade and I am guessing it has a 'Juno' reverse.
