I was thinking PMD, but not sure. No obvious scratches where the edges of the coins are kinda beveled. Back of coin has no signs of damage (doesn't necessarily mean anything).

The thing that throws me off is the weakness of the words around the rim of the coin.

Please check out pics and let me know. The more I think about it - I am leaning towards PMD, I just want confirmation and the weakness of the words and lack of apparent scratches has me puzzled.

What is the weight of this coin? Same as a normal coin or lighter?

5 grams is normal. It may have be worked over in a garage removing some of the edge on the obverse. PSD
