I just went through my second box of quarters and I'm keeping the U.S. territory quarters because of the low mintage, are they going to be worth it like the '09 nickels?

Since everyone kept the '09 nickels, I don't think in the long run they will be as valuable as the territories quarters. While you are at it don't forget the 2010 - 2012 ATB Quarters also, they have even lower mintages in some cases!

I don't know what it is about my location, (Idaho) but I get the '09s aplenty from a box.
The Terr. 25c are around a lot, also.

Yes iontyre, I am saving all the ATB's waiting for the errors to come out.
Thanks

2012-D Acadia @ 21,600,000 and 2012 P-D Chaco Culture @ 22,000,000 each are lower mintage than any Territorial Quarters (although the last four Territorial designs are still much lower mintage than 2013-up ATB's).

I keep all the early ATBs I come across. The more recent ones with the higher mintages, just a few of the near-UNC ones I find.

And, to address the OP, I keep every Territory quarter I find if it's in decent+ shape. Why not? Those are really nice designs, low mintages, and educational.
