I have never bought a seated liberty coin, and am not up on current prices, but I have some experience with grading.
I'd grade it a problem-free VG-08.

VG08 from here, problem free examples go for around $40-45. +/-

Thanks for the opinions, I paid $40 so I feel ok about it. And worst case, I find a XF or better I can sell this one and break even.
