I am liking this FEC. It has what I think is a planchet flaw across the eagles neck and some cool Cud action on the reverse.
Please grade and comment:)

Nice, very nice..
Small letters, looks like it may be a flaw in the planchet without the coin in hand.

I remember seeing one like this with what looked like a spike through the eagle's head. It is eerily similar - I just cannot remember if it was on CCF or an auction site.

It looks like the S10 Snow variety. Here's some info...

S10 1858 SL, Low leaves. Doubled S & S.
Doubled die reverse.
Obv. 11: (LH) Both S's in STATES show thin upper loops and doubled serifs.
Rev. T2-N: Moderate doubling visible on the point of the top serif of the E in ONE. A trace of doubling is visible on the middle serif.
Attributed to: Jim Burk
Type 2 reverse. Both S's in STATES show doubling, although it may not be classified as a doubled die. It is properly called a reworked die. The reverse doubled die variety is an offset doubling (Type IV). This obverse is also found paired with a high leaf reverse (Type 1), see S13. {64, 60}

Just being curious. I just picked this up locally. It is the first time I have posted it.
