It looks like the S10 Snow variety. Here's some info...
S10 1858 SL, Low leaves. Doubled S & S.
Doubled die reverse.
Obv. 11: (LH) Both S's in STATES show thin upper loops and doubled serifs.
Rev. T2-N: Moderate doubling visible on the point of the top serif of the E in ONE. A trace of doubling is visible on the middle serif.

Type 2 reverse. Both S's in STATES show doubling, although it may not be classified as a doubled die. It is properly called a reworked die. The reverse doubled die variety is an offset doubling (Type IV). This obverse is also found paired with a high leaf reverse (Type 1), see S13. {64, 60}
