No way I can tell it's a proof.
But I definitely know it's NOT an RB.
It's a straight BR.

If the seller can't get that right then I wouldn't have any confidence in his statement that it's a proof.

The rims are not sharp enough to be a proof strike.

Not a proof. It's a business strike that has been cleaned and retoned.
