I found this nickel and heard that '69 nickels with no MM were something to look for. I see a slight "D" but it doesn't seem to be were it's supposed to be, but I also see a weird "D" or "O" on Jefferson's neck like it was supposed to a mint mark but was a miss strike? Could be just a crappy coin but I would like a second opinion before I throw it back,
Thanks

It has a MM it's a D. The mark on the shoulder is a hit and there is a lot more PMD on this coin. It's a spender.
