That type was a one-year or two-year issue only anyway. The design with that uniform was used for the Prussian 1913 pieces (2M, 3M) which commemorated Wilhelm's anniversary (25 years of king and emperor). The 3M 1914 and 5M 1913/14 have the same portrait but no reference to the anniversary. The last "regular" silver pieces were issued in 1915 (Baden for example).
During WW1 - until and including 1918 - several commemorative silver coins were issued by various German states. Low mintage though - a thousand, later just a hundred. The rest was to be produced after the war, except that there was no more monarchy then. Wilhelm abdicated about three weeks after the revolution and the proclamation of the republic.
