Could make MS64, but might also come back as MS63, perhaps with a "*"or "+' tacked on as a consolation - it'd depends on just how much weight is given to that little bit of cheek chatter and the ding over the eye, as well as that touch of flatness in the hair above the ear.

I think it has a good shot at 64. The chatter on the cheek is a little concerning.

Agreed, strong MS63 with a decent charge at 64. That's an unusual strike on the reverse. It almost looks like a Grease Filled Die around the arrow heads, tail feathers and center wreath.

I'm pretty sure it is a Greaser. However, strikethroughs shouldn't affect grade.
