For this coin I've got two questions. Which grade do you think NGC gave and which grade do you think ICCS would give? I'm considering having this coin cross-graded or cracked out. Results will be posted tomorrow afternoon. Thanks for playing.

I think it's a VF-30, with a weaker obverse strike. ICCS would go VF-30 or if it's a bad day, just VF-20.

Judging from another NGC slabbed 10 cent I have, NGC probably gave it a 40 or 45.

I think NGC gave it VF-35.

I would say, NGC gave it a EF-40 grade and ICCS would say VF-30

Thanks for the responses!

The hope was that this would make ICCS VF-30. If in the future I have it cracked out or crossed, I'll post an update.

Just FYI, ICCS will grade the coin in the ICCS holder without cracking it. They will give you a sealed slip with their grade referencing the NGC number. ICCS is tough on NFLD coinage.
