I say double sided Struck Through Grease is possible, but kinda looks like something more may have happened here.

I can only speculate at this point. I would wait for more thoughts on it before labeling. Thanks, Doug.

What is the weight? Is the weaker design edge thinner?

2.3g and if it's any thinner not by much. I thought tapered planchet but I don't think that's what it is.

With that information, then I'm leaning towards struck through error. (Grease) Probably the reeding is not affected?
