coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 08/23/2014 1:57 pm Off centers are harder to find post the 2001 coins. They started the pallet program about that time. So the off centers are supposed to be sent back to the mint for recycling. This one was close enough to get rolled and got away. Report this Post to the Staff
