I found this recently in a coin counting machine. Would this be considered to be MAD? I really appreciate your input....I've learned a lot over the last year or so.

It looks like an about 5% off center.

Yep, off-center, not a MAD. If it was a MAD only one side would look off.

The off-centers that have some premium value have some of the devices missing, but I'd keep this one. It's cool and it has the date.

Off centers are harder to find post the 2001 coins. They started the pallet program about that time. So the off centers are supposed to be sent back to the mint for recycling. This one was close enough to get rolled and got away.

This is a minor, uncentered broadstrike, not an off-center strike. The design is complete on both faces.
Error coin writer and researcher.
