Cleaned VF and obverse digs and is scratched. Real grade about five bucks ! Not really a desirable piece.

Ah, OK I see,I thought maybe you had another source. The general consensus for split grade pricing is that if the lower grade is 100 and the higher grade 200 the split grade price will be 100 plus one third the difference, i.e. 133.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website
