Hey guys, this was also in with the pocket change, I'm not good at identifying DD especially on the Jefferson in Monticello. So hopefully with your guys help, I can either toss this back to circulation, or 2x2 it,so is this the DD in Monticello? Thanks for all the help guys

Looks like a combination of MD, die wear, and circulation wear. For me, it's hard to tell DD on older Jefferson nickels unless the doubling is significant or the coin is in very good shape. Here's some pics of a 1963 I found recently (note: it's in reasonably good shape for a circulated coin) that might help you develop the eye. Split serifs and doubled crossbars.

I agree. Slight machine damage area on the "ON".
