here is a 1989 Lincoln Cent I found seems to have doubling in the "it" of united and some of the letters in states like I said in my last post iam new to this thing and these just seem odd thanks for all your guys advice sorry for picture quality trying to take pictures through a loupe can be challenging lol

not sure why states is so small but the same thing iam seeing in united is the same kinda "doubling" in states

Pixel size should be in the 600-1000 pixel width range. That will show what we need to see.
