Hey guys, found this in with some pocket change this evening, its widen the mint mark out and doubled. In the G of god its also widen and doubled, also in the date and liberty. What do you all think is going on with it ? Thanks to all who look and comment.

MD (also very common for this year for some reason). The tell is the flat-shelflike doubling and that the devices are reduced in size rather than thickened.

You'll see if you CRH nickels - lots of 1999 MD coins.
