Below please find a picture from a proof set from 1971. One of the nickles has no S. I have read there were only about 500 of these. Is this just lucky or am I mistaken about what a No S looks like. Thanks.

Proof Sets are housed in a hard plastic case.

Mint Sets are housed in a soft mylar(?) packaging...like you image in the OP.

CoinQuestion200 to CCF

The coin you have is from a U.S. Mint Uncirculated Coin Set. The packaging on them are color coded the ones with Blue is Philadelphia and Red is Denver.
