1948-S Roosevelt dime S/S West

I bought a bunch of Roosevelt dime RPM's this is one of the cooler of the group it is a 1948-S Roosevelt dime S/S West.

I think it looks like a 1948-S RPM # 3 but also looks like #2

A good site for attributing silver Roosevelt varieties

It's 003. Note the location of the mint mark. The 003 is closer to the torch base than 002.
