  [b][/b Any thoughts about the lines by the eyes, under the neck, or behind the head. It kinda looks like a faint image. Back has some lines under the America, and the bottom stem on the left seems to fade off longer than it should. *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

Looks like a clashed die to me. The dies hit together at some point without a blank between them, and transferred part of the images to the opposite dies. The line below "OF AM" is the bottom of Roosevelts neck. The stuff below his chin is the flame, etc. I would keep it!
