I have some 100 Mon coins with different fronts but the backs are the same (same as the most popular 100 Mon). Where would be a good place to look for different style 100 Mon coins?

Thanks for the help. I'm have a membership with Numista & no luck there & I've already checked Zeno for these coins. Sadly there is no caoin dealers around me that deal in Japanese coins that I;ve found.

Could you post some pictures? I have many reference books on 100 Mon coins and might be able to help identify some

I forgot to mention that they all have the same back except the Temple Token has the Tempo 100 Mon face.

I went back to Zeno to do a double check & I did find two coins that look like coin #5.
The guy there that seems to be the expert says that both of the coins are fakes so I don't know about mine.
I don't know how I overlooked them.

I'm not sure on #2. It has the Ryukyu Island front but has the Tempo Tsuho back.
#6 is Tempo Tsuho but smaller. Lineing the smaller coin with a real coin bottom to bottom, there is 1cm space from the top of the smaller coin to the top of the real coin.
My luck they are all fakes. They at least look cool I think. I'd still like to collect as many different style 100 Mon coins as I can. I have 10 so far.

That they are reproduction (for tourist) is also my thinking. Some of the real ones should have a makr on the edge. For more information, you can send the link of this post to http://www.joelscoins.com/japan.htmMaybe Joel will help you. There is a catalog of Japanese coins from the JNDA (Japanese Numismatic Dealers Association) Indeed nice collection!

I checked all the coins & no marks on the sides. I do believe now that I do have fake 100 Mon coins. I am not really upset by this because I didn't pay a lot for any of the coins. I still want as many different 100 Mons as I can get even if they are fakes because they look cool & are for my collection only & not to resell. I also thought I should check my Ryukyu Island 100 Mon coin too & no marks on the sides either. Are there suppose to be marks on Ryukyu 100 Mon coins too? I am very sad about the Ryukyu 100 Mon now.
