I guess chasing see's wear and ed doesn't.

I don't think I could say for sure if there is wear on the piece, the cap looks super suspicious, if it is, then I'd go for an AU58 as well.

But if it is MS, which is possible, I think it could get a 64 because of the super awesome looking reverse. If it looks like that in hand the reverse alone would probably be a 65. But there are quite a few contact marks on the obverse which will hold it back a bit, nothing super significant though.

It looks MS64 to me. A nice coin for sure.

I see what looks like slight high point wear, so I'm in the "slider" camp. In fact, the wear's obvious enough to me that I'd be thinking AU55.

I think the problem is the photo and the coin being in a holder. I think if you remove it from the holder and re-shoot it, the coin will probably look MS for sure. My guess MS-64.

Looks like a slider to me. AU-58. These get very expensive very quickly in MS.

Better pics would help. The lighting does not show the luster. It's probably a very nice coin.
