Kind of uneven wear or is that a weak strike on the obverse? I'd guestimate F-15 or VF-20.

that website is great and he'll actually email you back if you send him any correspondence for assistance with your coin. I agree with how tiny those coins are. Amazing they got so much detail on such a small planchet.
