I keep looking at the date here and wonder if it's a double. Maybe a class 8. Thx for your thoughts...

Looks like PMD but there are a few signs of doubling. Idk what kind. I will have to see what the experts say.

Die chips from an over used die which was common on the 1950's wheat cents.

"57". The date devices are showing circulation wear/flattening.

deteriorated die, which cause cause mush Machine Doubling. This being even more apparent with the die break in the date.
