I can't give a grade as is, but I think it would get a details grade as Wheatchaser mentioned.

Color, detail..my first impression before even scrolling down..Chinese fake. Just my opinion and I could be wrong. I have owned 5..1908-S IHC's and I base my experience on them. The periphery is too struck down with extra rim metal visible. 3rd pic, 11 O'clock is an indication.

ebay is being flooded with fake Indian Head cents right now. Unfortunately, I think this is one of those chinese fakes. Show us a close pic of the reverse and mintmark.

I see extra metal in some of the lettering which leads me to believe the coin is a Chinese counterfeit.
