So I've been looking through the coins I received from my family member, I've found a few goodies and I plan to show them all at the end, and I found this coin. Looks to have the appearance of doubled columns, but it could also be die scratches. Thank you.

Lots of glare, but looks like a normal coin. Can you soften the lighting?

I would say die scratches because you can see the lines continue outside the building not just in-between the columns.

The mark in the third bay is from a previous die clash. So die polishing was used to remove the clash and the lines you are seeing are part of that removal. The 11th bay (Last one) is showing part of the design of the die that was not polished off, showing a partial column which was there on the die when it was fresh. Now that it is polished off just the top part of this is showing. The design shows 4 inside colums to make the design look 3D:
