Looks like MD/ejection doubling.

Machine damaged. Note how the devices are reduced from die movement. Note on the last "A" on AMERICA how the bottoms of the device are reduced in size. If it were hub doubling, the devices would be enlarged.

I doubt if this happened during the ejection purpose as the marks on the devices are usually on one side of the devices from the push out of the chamber.
