Not sure what happened to the mint mark on this steely.

Can some one help me out with it? Did something obstruct the die on the "4"?

Note how the digit looks wider than the others? It was struck with a light Grease Filled Die. The deeper part of the die was fill reducing the height and making the digit to look wider.
